1. Your 14-day withdrawal right

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you generally have 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods to withdraw without giving a reason.

1. Before the 14-day period expires, email info@eclipsemio.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing.
2. We will confirm the return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

2. Return condition and costs

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct return postage and should use suitable protective packaging. We cover reasonable return costs where the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered.

3. Refund timing and amount

Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments received for the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond that standard amount.

The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold it until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first. The original payment method will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no refund fee will be charged by us.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description, and helpful photographs. This request is intended to speed up assistance and does not reduce your statutory conformity and guarantee rights.

Where goods are legally non-conforming, the remedies and costs required by mandatory consumer law apply. Do not use eclipse glasses that are torn, punctured, scratched, creased across the filters, or otherwise damaged.

5. Exceptions and business orders

The withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and to other situations expressly excluded by mandatory law. A standard stock pack is not treated as personalized merely because you selected a quantity.

Custom B2B orders may have separately agreed cancellation and return terms. Those terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights where the purchaser legally acts as a consumer.
